Event

Race Day will be held on 23 August 2026 at Plaza Sudirman, Gelora Bung Karno (GBK), Jakarta.

There are two race categories: 10K and 5K.

10K: 120 minutes | 5K: 60 minutes.

The race is open to employees and invited guests, subject to the applicable age requirements and registration process.

Participants may be disqualified for violating the event’s terms and conditions, including but not limited to:

  • Mismatch between participant information and the race BIB being used.
  • Manipulation of participant registration data.
  • Using another participant’s BIB.
  • Taking shortcuts along the race route.
  • Failing to obtain or carry the required checkpoint markers provided by the organisers.
  • Using assistive devices such as roller skates, bicycles, or other wheeled equipment.
  • Any proven act of cheating or unsportsmanlike conduct, as determined by the organisers.

  • Participants must be 17 to 63 years old.
  • For participants under 17 years of age, registration may be completed by a parent or legal guardian through the deloitterunify.id website; however, these participants will not be eligible for winner classification.

  • The event will take place on 23 August 2026, with the following flag-off schedule:
    • 10K Category: 05:30 GMT+7
    • 5K Category: 05:45 GMT+7
  • Participants must arrive at the start area no later than their respective flag-off times.
  • Late starters will be allowed to begin the race up to 10 minutes after the official flag-off.
  • Participants arriving more than 10 minutes after the flag-off will not be permitted to start, as the area will have been prepared to receive finishers.

If a participant sustains an injury or experiences a medical condition that prevents them from continuing the race, ambulance services and on-course medical teams will be available throughout the race route to provide assistance.

Runner Facilities

  • Yes. Each participant's race BIB is equipped with a timing chip that automatically records the participant's net time.
  • In addition, checkpoint markers will be placed at designated points along the course to support the accuracy of timing records.

Water stations will be available along the race route as follows:

  • 5K Category: 1 Water Station
  • 10K Category: 3 Water Stations

Yes. A baggage storage service (baggage counter) will be available at the event venue for participants with a valid race BIB, subject to the following conditions:

  • Participants are encouraged to arrive early if they wish to check in their belongings to avoid long queues.
  • Baggage storage service will be available from 04:00 to 08:30 GMT+7.
  • Participants are advised to bring only essential items.
  • Participants are strongly discouraged from storing valuable items.
  • Participants checking in or collecting their belongings must present their race BIB and complete the baggage storage form provided by the organisers.
  • The organisers shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings during the event.

  • Yes. Refreshments will be available after participants cross the finish line.
  • Participants will receive mineral water, bananas, a finisher medal (subject to eligibility), and other supporting refreshments.

Yes. Every participant who completes the race before the Cut-Off Time (COT) and is not disqualified will receive a finisher medal as a token of appreciation from the organisers.

  • Yes. Official race results will be published through a designated link, which will be shared after the event.
  • Participants will be able to access their timing results through the link according to their race category.

Registration

Registration can be completed through the official event website or any official registration channel designated by the organisers.

10K: IDR 350,000 | 5K: IDR 250,000.

  • No. Once the registration process has been completed, the race category and participant information cannot be changed.
  • Participants are therefore encouraged to carefully consider their selection and ensure that all information is entered correctly and accurately before making payment.

No. Registration fees are non-refundable if a participant withdraws from the event, whether before registration closes, during race pack collection, or on race day, regardless of the reason.

  • No. Race BIB Numbers are non-transferable and may not be used by anyone other than the registered participant.
  • The organisers are not responsible for any use of a BIB that does not match the registered participant’s information.
  • Podium prizes will only be awarded to the rightful BIB holder who can present valid identification (Employee ID/National ID Card/KTP for Indonesian citizens or a passport for foreign nationals).

  • Participants who successfully complete their registration will receive a confirmation email at the email address used during registration.
  • In addition, participants’ names will appear on the participant list on the official website within a maximum of 2 × 24 hours after registration.

  • If you have not received a confirmation email within 2 × 24 hours after registering, please take the following steps:
  • Check your Junk Mail or Spam folder.
  • If the confirmation email is still not found, contact the organisers at info@deloitterunify.id.
  • Ensure that the email address entered during registration was correct.
  • Participants are encouraged to provide a valid and accurate email address to avoid issues during the confirmation process.

Registration payment must be completed within 30 (thirty) minutes of completing the registration process. If payment is not received within this period, the participant's registration will be automatically removed from the system, and a new registration will be required to participate in the race.

Race Pack Collection (RPC)

Race Pack Collection will take place on 19 August 2026 at the Deloitte Indonesia Office.

Participants are required to collect their race packs according to the designated schedule. Additional information regarding the collection procedure and required documents will be announced through the official Deloitte Runify 2026 communication channels.

Yes, race pack collection may be completed by a representative, subject to the following requirements:

  • Present an original authorisation letter from the registered participant.
  • Provide proof of registration confirmation.
  • Provide the Employee IDs of both the registered participant and the authorised representative.
  • All required documents must be presented to the event staff at the Race Pack Collection (RPC) area.

  • No. Race pack collection will not be available on race day.
  • Participants must collect their race packs according to the schedule determined by the organisers.

  • No. The organisers do not provide race pack delivery services.
  • Participants who fail to collect their race packs within the designated collection period will forfeit their participation, and the registration fee will not be refunded.

Medical Support

Yes. Medical personnel and ambulance services will be available throughout the event.

Participants are responsible for ensuring they are in good health before participating and should bring any personal medication required for pre-existing medical conditions.

Conduct & Information

All participants are required to maintain order and comply with all applicable rules while in the race area and race village, including the following:

  • Participants must respect fellow participants and refrain from any behavior that may cause discomfort or disruption to others.
  • Participants are prohibited from using running aids such as bicycles, inline skates, shoes with built-in wheels, strollers, or any other wheeled devices that may assist or accelerate movement.
  • Participants are not allowed to carry infants or use baby strollers during the race.
  • Participants must take care of public facilities and refrain from damaging any facilities within the race venue or along the race course.

Any conduct that violates event rules or public order will be handled by the event security team. If any criminal activity or legal violation is identified during the event, the organisers reserve the right to pursue appropriate legal action in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, including both civil and criminal proceedings.

Participants are required to help maintain cleanliness and order by adhering to the following guidelines:

  • Do not litter in the race central area or along the race route. Please use the waste bins provided by the organisers.
  • Smoking is strictly prohibited within the race venue, including the race central area and along the race course.
  • Participants are expected to behave courteously, demonstrate good sportsmanship, and show respect to fellow participants, volunteers, organisers, and all parties involved to ensure a safe and enjoyable event experience.
